Blackrock have only recently started to collect data but already it's having an impact.
Louise Watkins is responsible for the Enterprise Risk Management Framework and also co-leads BlackRock’s UK Socio-Economic Mobility Taskforce. She has recently been appointed to represent BlackRock on a Government commissioned taskforce to boost the socio-economic diversity at senior levels in UK financial and professional services.
