Joanna is a multi-award-winning social impact entrepreneur, champion of diversity, inclusion and equality as well as an award winning journalist and broadcaster. She is Founder and CEO of Inclusion consultancy business Blue Moon and Co-Secretariat of the Creative Diversity APPG. She is also a Trustee for The Lord Mayors Appeal, The Media Society and The Haberdasher Askes Federation Trust and a Non-Executive Director for CIC Investors In People.
