Shocking statistics show a lack of representation of people from a diversity of backgrounds including those from lower socio-economic backgrounds in senior roles in businesses across the City.  This seminar draws on the experiences of a range of leaders from a diversity of backgrounds to help us understand why there is a lack of senior leaders and what are the barriers and challenges to ‘getting on’.
