This seminar focusses on the importance of inclusive workplace cultures. It will explore how to create a culture of belonging where those from diverse socio-economic backgrounds are able to be themselves and succeed in their careers and the benefits this will bring to your business. It identifies some of the challenges and opportunities of creating an inclusive workplace and will give you expert tips and insights from businesses and academic research to ensure those from diverse socio-economic backgrounds feel that they belong.
